General conditions and discounts

• Self Check-in
• check-in: from 12.00 AM;
• check-out: before 10.00 AM;
• children under 3 years old: free if sleeping in bed with parents;
• long periods (7 nights or more): discount up to 10-15% on the total amount of the reservation; (case-by-case evaluation according to the period and type of accommodation required);

Services upon request:

• shuttle service from/to airports and ferries;
• children cots;
• scooter, bicycles and car rental, with delivery in hotel;
• conventions with restaurants and pizzeria (discounts max 10%);
• multimedia and interactive audioguides;

Terms of payment

• at the discretion of the property, it's possible to confirm the booking without payment of a deposit;
• payment upon arrival (Preferably cash. Credit cards not accepted)

City tax

• Validity: Valid all year except from 10 January to 20 March and from November 1 to December 20;
• Daily rate per person (From 10 years old onwards ): 2.00 €., for a maximum of 5 nights;
